Welcome to Webriseup. By accessing or using our website, services, or working with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website & Services
You agree to:
- Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.
- Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or interfere with our website, systems, or services.
- Not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content or deliverables without our
written consent.
2. Services Provided
Webriseup offers:
- Digital Services: Website design, digital marketing, branding, SEO, content
creation, and related services. - Photography & Videography: Creative media services, including on-site shoots,
editing, and delivery of media assets. - Affiliate Marketing: Some links on our site may be affiliate links. If you purchase
through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
All services are subject to availability and outlined in a separate service agreement or
project proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
For digital, photography, and videography services, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and timely feedback.
- Obtaining all necessary permissions for photo/video shoots (e.g., property access,
event permits). - Ensuring participants have consented to being photographed or filmed.
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Digital Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use websites,
graphics, and marketing assets for agreed purposes. Webriseup retains underlying
intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed. - Photography & Videography: Webriseup retains copyright over all media unless
explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted a license for agreed use
(personal, marketing, business). - Clients may not resell or redistribute deliverables without written consent.
5. Travel & On-Site Services
- Travel for photography, videography, or consulting may incur additional charges
(mileage, lodging, etc.). - Webriseup is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or
circumstances beyond our control.
6. Payment & Cancellations
- Payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts or invoices.
- For photography/videography, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least
48 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable if notice is not given.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
- Our website may contain affiliate or external links. Webriseup is not responsible for
third-party sites, practices, or products. - Third-party tools or services used to deliver projects are subject to their own terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webriseup is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages from use of our website or services.
- Loss of business, data, or financial damages.
- Delays, cancellations, or damages during on-site services unless caused by gross
negligence. - Claims related to unauthorized use of photos/videos once delivered to the client.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or
services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes will
be resolved in Connecticut courts.
